Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams delivering core package features and infrastructure
Set technical direction and drive architecture planning
Partner with product managers to define roadmap and priorities
Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of package services
Coach and develop senior engineers and tech leads
Qualifications:
8+ years software engineering experience, with leadership experience
Strong understanding of package management systems and large-scale distributed systems
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
